Here are the specs:
1970 Resto-mod Toyota FJ40 LandCruiser. Ground-up build over the past couple years. Rebuilt Chevy V8 305 with mild cam and TH400 auto transmission. Spring over conversion lift. Revolver shackles in rear. Fiberglass tilt front end with custom fab inner fenders. 4 wheel disc brakes with hydroboost and corvette master cylinder, new shocks, new 33x12.50 tires, new dual exhaust, new racing aluminum radiator with custom mount and electric fan, new painless wiring harness, new turn signals and headlights. New factory roll bar and new seat belts. Newer paint. Much, much more parts and labor and money into this. Rear heat and newer model hard top with barn doors. The truck is still 40+ years old and not perfect. Still has some leaks and minor issues that I am still working on but have had it on the road for a 2-3 months. Own a classic 4x4 no one else has.
I definitely did not believe that you can go buy a car, do very little to it (if anything) then sell it for a profit. What a concept! Awesome!
Do you have any photos? Sounds like a nice ride!
