I get them daily. I like the reminder. The way I look at it is if I miss a "deal" on the three car models I am focused on I am going to be PISSED. If the cars is posted anywhere at a good price, it will sell ASAP and I WANT TO BE THE BUYER! My 2 cents....
How long have you been a member? Getting any results? Seems very hard to get help with anything. I just signed up but can't access anything on the site like the manual and other parts of the site.
Welcome Paul. Been a member for over a year and am getting results. Takes some time to "customize" the user experience for yourself and get used to how the system works with YOUR goals, etc. Happy to help and the community is great. Never had a problem logging in. Thanks for the replies. How do you guys make your money using the site? Do you find deals for yourself and buy and sell on your own? Get referral fees? I spoke with the staff today and I feel like I left with more questions on how the site helps make money for its users. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or bad mouth anything here but I still have trouble figuring out what I am paying $87 a month for. I can set up automatic searches on craigslist for free on noticraig.com, ebay searches are simple to set up, all the major car sites have free searching and notification. There are endless free resources on the web to find cars for sale. Am I missing something? Maybe I need to explore further on here but at first glance I can't figure out why I need the site. I felt like I had to sign up just to see "inside" because the general site didn't explain much and now that I did I still don't fully understand. Maybe I am just stupid. Can you guys explain how you use the site?
Hey paul. Most of us find deals ourselves then flip them to the retail market. I love old fiats and old Mgs (I guess I like all old convertibles that are really small). I have about 10 searches in my FlipFinder dash oars for these cars. It works pretty well for me because I don't have to go out and search multiple sources everyday for new MG or fiat posts. They come to me. Also, it helps me "manage" the cars I am interested in by keeping my notes in one spot. I will typical email a seller using the email templates, then rank the ad so I can go back to it. At the same time, I am keeping notes etc.
Paul. Understand your concerns. Had them when I joined about 2 years ago now. There are other free sources to search for cars but none of them are integrated to one user platform and none of them have user ranking abilities, email templates, or deal management abilities. When you start buying or even looking for more than one deal at a time I find these crucial.
