What I have found helpful when doing this is to print up all of the ads and write on them the information given to you by the owner. You can use this information in addition to the information they posted in the craigslist ad to resell the vehicle. As opposed to happening to write entire new sales adds on your own. This will save you a great deal of time and give accurate information from you and the previous owner. If you are real tech savvy you can open a alternate window on your computer and type the notes in while chatting with the owner. You can then save these in ad notes in the flip find a tool to produce your next ad when reselling the vehicle.
“Just flipped my first car. Yikes! Made $655. More than I thought I was going to. On to the next one....”
That is funny. I used to do the same by printing out the paper Ads and writing notes. Now I have consolidated everything by taking notes in my FlipFinder tool. No more clutter and mess. I am organized and don't miss a beat.
