How do you use your FlipFinder stoplights??

I definitely did not believe that you can go buy a car, do very little to it (if anything) then sell it for a profit. What a concept! Awesome!

Green if it is a hot deal. Yellow if it is a "if I have time I will get to it" and red if I have disqualified it OR purchased the car and want the ad as backup for a later time (when I write the sales description I will then have all my notes, etc).

It's not perfect put works GREAT for me!
